Gold Virtual Airline does not share any data publicly. Basic personal data such as name, IVAO VID and VATSIM CID are used by Gold and the forementioned networks, and can be presented on theirs or Gold's website.
What are the rights of the holder regarding their personal data?
The holder of the personal data has the following rights regarding their data, as long as thos rights are acknowledged by the applicable laws:
- Acces to the data: access to data collected by Gold Virtual Airlines;

- Revocation of consent: revocation of given consent, at any time, by means of express request from the holder. Revocation procedure will allways be free of charge;
- Deletion of personal data: persnal data will be deleted upon the end of their use or in case of desire by the holder. Subject to local legal requirements, GVA can keep the personal data in case: (i) be leagally obligated to keep them, (ii) to follow laws and/or regulations that determine so; (iii) need the data to stablish, carry out or defend legal demands.
